For this project, DAE Group was commissioned to design classic Chicago row homes with a contemporary twist. The footprint was limited to the size of a traditional Chicago lot, yet the client sought to infuse a more modern aesthetic into both the design and living spaces. By strategically incorporating a blend of both modern and traditional materials, DAE Group successfully merged the best elements of both styles.
